What's a healthy on-the-go meal I can eat for a meal for cutting?

What's a healthy on-the-go meal I can eat for a meal for fat loss? I can't pack a lunch or anything and I need a healthy replacement for a meal (for cutting). I need something that's dry and doesnt spoil and can be eaten as a meal (and also no/low in carbs). Any suggestions?
