I am usually a junk food eater. I eat more junk than I really should but lately my taste buds have went to sleep. I do not eat half as much as I use to and I crave tomatoes and lemons like crazy. Could something be lacking in my diet that is causing me to crave these two things. I eat an average of 2 lemons a day and 3-4 tomatoes.

Vitamin C for both, and maybe sodium from the tomatoes.
