		<description>A pound of muscle DOES NOT weigh more than a pound of fat!  A pound is a pound is a pound.  The mass of a pound of fat is larger than the mass of a pound of muscle.  For example, if you fill up a measuring cup with cotton it will weigh less than if you fill it up with steel ball bearings. 
If you keep doing what you are doing you will loose weight.  Not five pounds EVERY week, but you will lose if you count calories and exercise.  Don&#39;t weigh yourself every day.  It will fluctuate from day to day.</description>
