I have just started a weight loss regime (weight watchers to be precise) and it is very slow, so i would really like to start doing some exercise, it has been a long time since i exercised properly so running is not something i am interested in starting out with, also i am a student so i cant afford to go to the gym, does anyone have any tips on beginners exercise? serious answers please no cocky or insulting answers they will be reported

Try walking, if you walk briskly, enough to get you slightly out of breath and your heart pumping, it’s really great exercise.
