My husband had a spinal fusion a few years ago, that has left him disabled and in a great deal of constant pain. He now wants to loose weight, but can’t do a much of physical activity. His diet is very healthy, but that doesn’t help to loose weight. Are there any disabled people out there that have a regular exercise routine?
I might order a bottle of Acai berry supplements. I've read that they help you lose a lot of weight fast. If you've tried them, please tell me what happened?
I have been dieting (I hate that word) for two weeks now. The first week I lost 5 pounds. I started working out at the end of that week and I have worked out almost every day since, and have not changed my diet. I have not lost any weight this week. Why not?
I am basically on the Atkins diet, low carb, high protein, but I just cant seem to drop any weight. I am excercising and doing weight training. Do you have any suggestions?
My understanding is that there are significant tax advantages if you can afford to exercise your options and hold onto them for a year. Does anyone know the specific details about this?
Furthermore, I have been trying to figure out what election 83(b) is all about and if this rule, or any other rules, should influence whether or not I exercise my options and how… Thanks in advance!
It's a simple poll– what should I do to the next person that spams about acai berry on yahoo answers?

d) Zap them with my acai-fairy
e) Set every single acai berry plant earth has come to know on fire
Fat loss. How do you explain that a woman - 35 years old, 162 cm, 75 kg (170 Lbs ) - doesn't lose weight on a 1200 - 1500 kCal a day diet. She exercises almost every day, almost 2 hours, cardio and weight training.
According with teoretical calculations her Basal Metabolism should be at leat 1500-1800 Cal/day + at least 1000 extra cal ( exercise + others ) she should burn at least 2500 Cal a day.
I've eard many people say that they go on banana diets where they eat only bananas, but that's too blah for me. I want something new everyday. What is a good diet where there is change but not too much? Nothing expensive please. And I will NOT take pills, medicine, drugs or any of that sort. Just food.
For example if I were use the stair master for one hour at a level 5, that would be just a little more difficult then walking. Is that enough to build muscle?
Is it okey to do exercise for 2 hours everyday?
