I am trying to work out and get fit for the summer. I heard that acai is a "superfood"(its supposed to help people lose weight and gain muscle and all that good stuff) But it's really expensive, like 4 bucks per liter. So i wanted to know whens the best time to drink the juice so that it's most effective.
Morning? Before working out? After working out? Before i go to sleep?
I like eating healthy but my diet is becoming monotonous with the same chicken and tuna fish. Anything else that is good protein wise?
I want to be about 120 lbs so I need to lose about 30 lbs. I am 5 ft 4 in tall.
I do not have a lot of money to spend on special diet foods and pills. And I do not have a lot of time to spend killing myself exercising all the time (I have a 2 year old). When it is warm outside I do take walks a lot, pushing my daughter in the stroller but it is hard to do when it is 10-20 degrees outside.
I wanna burn fat and get rid of it quickly!!!
What should I do?
How much should I exercise each day if i want to go from 116 lbs to 105 lbs?
and how long will it take?
extra tips?
what should I eat?
what type of exercise to become skinny?
help!
besides jogging.. because i am not good with jogging!!! i did it for a while like an hr every day and there wasn't any significant progress
Only answer this if you know what Acai is.
Would it be a good idea to use fat loss pills such as xenodrine or zantrex 3 while exercising with the P90X dvds? What are the pros and cons of these pills?
I would just like to know what kind of diet would be best.
Thanks for the help.
I have had asthma since I was 2 years old, and suffer from exercise induced asthma as well as weather and food affected. Running is the worst for inducing asthma in me.
If I want to improve my asthma and my cardiac fitness, what is the best exercise for me to do?
I really can’t buy things online, so, is it the same thing to lose weight using the Acai Berry pills from the organic store? Is it not the same thing that they sell online?
I am a woman who is trying to lose fat (well weight, but especially fat). I've read that muscle burns more calories than fat, so am starting to incoporate beginner weight training into my workouts a the gym. I'm just using those machines that show you how to do the exercise. I would like to build and tone muscle, but not actually get bigger in size. I'm currently a 14 and trying to get down to a 10. Are there muscles or muscle groups that are easier to build than others? My main purpose right now is to burn excess calories. Should I concentrate on one area more than another? Due to knee complications, I cannot to traditional leg press, or leg extension. I can do a modified version of them on special machines as long as I am careful.
Thank you in advance for your helpful responses.
