Well, I’ve been very inactive, and I need some exercise that is easy, fun, ad good for your body. I do tennis every week for one hour, and exercise however for 1 hour and 30 minutes. So that doesn’t calculate as a lot:( Help!
I am interested in buying either drinkable acai berry yogurt OR acai berry juice. Which is better? Which is cheaper at the grocery store? And im not interested in taking the pills, so will I still lose weight with this and still get the health benefits from the acai berry?
I am starting a diet now. And was just wondering is it best to run at the gym as much as i can or should i be running for only about an hour or so.
Overall I'm in good shape I just can't get rid of the little pouch beneath my belly button. I've been doing crunches, but the pouch is still there. Any other suggestions on exercises and diet tips and lypo is not an option.
It's for gym class and we have 45 seconds to do the exercise. Everyone has to be able to do the exercise without to much struggle.
I have heard so much about the acai berry supplement in helping your weight loss I really want to try it. I can't seem to find any drug interactions with it because it's "natural". Could anyone help me with finding out more info? Does anyone have any experience in taking this?

I purchased the online diet and am planning to start on Monday. Has anyone had success with it?
My husband and I are both vegetarians (well I eat seafood, but he does not). We both need to lose at least 40 pounds. What is a good diet program that would work with what we eat. I know a lot of people that lost weight with Atkins & South Beach, but those diets don't really fit in to a vegetarian lifestyle. I am not looking for a quick fix, but something that we will be able to stick with for awhile. I know that part of our problem is that we eat a lot of carbs. We practically live on pasta. Its hard because we work different schedules so neither one of us really cooks a meal, but rather grabs something to eat. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
Okay, I understand exercise. Thats a given. That isn't what I was asking. What other meals are good for vegetarians that don't include so many carbs?
I want to tone up my stomach to get a smaller waist but i don't want to lose my thighs and butt. I just don't know what exercise to do.
